Photographer Victoria Lautman believes India’s stepwells don’t get nearly as much love as they deserve. Her exhibition at UCLA’s Fowler is an attempt to change that with gorgeous images of these architectural marvels from Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
