“A sensorial account of Kalamkari textiles, the masterfully crafted and brilliantly dyed cottons of southeastern India. My presentation will highlight the making and makers of these textiles.” Rajarshi Sengupta is a practitioner and art historian, who teaches fine arts at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at IIT, Kanpur.
